- 1 pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons fresh cream
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple
- lemon juice
- chive (optional if using Chive & Onion goat cheese)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Chop the chives.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
- Unroll the pizza dough, then spread the cream and sprinkle with chives.
- Divide the 6 slices of goat cheese and the slices of smoked salmon.
